Common Faults and Troubleshooting

Emergency measures

After the crane is properly maintained and maintained, there are generally no major problems during operation. In order to prevent accidents, when a problem occurs in the oil circuit system and the accident can be caused by ordinary methods, the emergency measures can be used to relieve the load first, and then the fault can be eliminated.

The amplitude cannot be reduced: place the weight on the floor, unscrew the tubing connector into the upper chamber of the luffing cylinder, and then loosen the tubing connector from the counterbalance valve to the lower chamber of the luffing cylinder so that the oil slowly overflows and falls over the boom.

Common faults and troubleshooting

If the crane fails during the hoisting operation, it should conduct a comprehensive inspection and analysis to find out the real cause of the fault. Using appropriate methods to eliminate, the general failures and elimination methods are listed in Table 17-1 below for reference.
