01: The working range is too small or the angle of the boom is too large.

Solution: Up to the range or angle allowed by the performance table

03: No working condition or no turning area allowed

Solution: Set a correct working condition; turn to the allowable working area.

04: The length of the boom is not within the allowable length range.

Reason: The main arm is too extended or not long enough; the length sensor is adjusted

Solution: The main arm is telescoped to the correct length; a coil spring is replaced with a driving wheel, and then the length sensor is adjusted in the way described above.

05: The voltage value of the measuring channel of the main arm length sensor is lower than the lower limit.

Reasons: The length sensor is bad; the electronic components of the measuring channel are bad.

Solution: Replace length sensor; Set PDB variable with correct simulation value in DGA6.i.3

06: Voltage value of measuring channel of rodless oil pressure sensor is lower than lower limit

Reasons: Bad oil pressure sensor without rod chamber does not support PDB variable of analog value; Bad electronic component of measuring channel

Solution: Replace the pressure sensor and set the PDB variable with correct simulation value in DGA6.i.3
