Parameter Description of The Truck Crane Engine- 2

4. Exhaust volume:
The cylinder working volume refers to the volume of gas swept by the piston from top dead center to bottom dead center. It is also called single cylinder displacement, which depends on the bore diameter and piston stroke. The engine displacement is the sum of the working volumes of the cylinders and is generally used for (L). Engine displacement is one of the most important structural parameters. It is more representative of the size of the engine than the bore and number of cylinders. Many of the engine’s specifications are closely related to the displacement.

5. Maximum output power:
The maximum output power is generally expressed in horse (HP) or kilowatt (KW). The output power of the engine has a great relationship with the speed. As the speed increases, the power of the engine increases accordingly. However, after a certain speed, the power decreases. Generally, the maximum output power in the car manual is expressed at the same time per minute (r/min), such as 100PS/5000r/min, that is, the maximum output power is 100 hp at 5000 rpm.

6. Maximum torque:
The torque that the engine outputs from the crankshaft end. The torque is expressed as N.m/r/min. The maximum torque generally appears in the middle and low speed range of the engine. As the speed increases, the torque will decrease. Of course, we must weigh the rational use and not waste the existing functions.

For example, it is necessary to open air conditioners in winter and summer in Beijing. When choosing engine power, it should be considered that it cannot be too small; just when commuting to and from the city loop, there is no need to pick a high-powered engine. Try to be economically and reasonably matched with the engine.
